• Monday, Nov 17, 7:30pm: on-line session with Jody Miller

As a recorder teacher and player based in the Atlanta area, Jody Miller supports both historical music and traditionally historical instruments in contemporary roles.  With over 20 years of diverse teaching experience, Jody is an effective teacher in workshop, small group, and private settings. About his class, “It Takes Two”, he says: “Two” is important in music. Not only is it the minimum number of musicians needed to play live ensemble music, but it also shows up in many other ways. We won’t just learn some outstanding duet literature, but we’ll also look at pairs of dances, dueling entities, and perhaps the disruption of that perfect arrangement between two lovers

To attend, please register here. After registering, you will get his music, and a zoom link the day before the class.

Session starts at 7:00 pm for meet and greet., at 7:30 pm the class starts.
